It’s so hard to make real change.

Seriously, one thing that I have talked to myself about, is health. I’m 38 now and I feel things. Like…joints…and muscles. It’s all very disarming. Being a musician is pretty cool, but it usually means you don’t have health insurance. Well, despite my efforts, that fact still remains for me personally. New York State is very bad when it comes to individual health insurance. So, it’s important for me to stay well. Amazingly, I haven’t had even a cold in years. For some reason, I just don’t get them. I almost wish I would once in a while, just so I could stay in bed and be taken care of.

Aside from my physicality changing, others things are changing as well. I’m officially engaged now. I haven’t felt this good in a very long time. It’s a wonderful thing to know that you’re loved and supported and with any luck, will be for the rest of your years.
